for the realization of refining the power supply service channel, unifying management and operanon, anu collaborative sharing the information across the channels, this paper will put forward to build power supply service channels of remote service unified operation and management platform, exploring the remote service channel uniform operation management mode and planning the collaboratively operation of multieuhural service channels ; promoting remote service channel of the lean op- eration,and achieving the integrated adaptation of the channel information, the unified announcement of information release channel, the unified operation of the channel marketing promotion activity, and unified management of the new function of channel marketing, for which to achieve the goal of improving the capacity of remote service channel.
