摘要 用户用电感知系统是电力企业对外服务的窗口,该系统是借助先进的信息技术,整合企业各种异构数据资料,存储并分析海量用户用电信息,电力企业对这些用电数据进行挖掘并研究用户类型,帮助电力企业了解用户的个性化需求,根据不同客户价值、需求进行服务资源配置,提升资源的利用效率。基于上述背景下,如何对电力企业各种数据进行高效、低廉的存储,并快速进行访问、分析成为有待研究的课题。本次研究综合分析用户对用电感知系统的需求,基于大数据平台下设计用电感知系统,从逻辑上主要包括管理控制层、信息汇聚层、通信网络层、终端感知层,实现采集用电终端设备的数据、传递信息等功能。实践证实,该系统具有扩展性好、可靠性高、成本低等优点,能有效提升企业的服务水平。 Power use perceptual system is the electric power enterprise's foreign service window, the system is using advanced information technology, integrate the heterogeneous data, store and analyze massive amounts of power information, power for the electric power enterprise and research the user types, data mining to help learn the user's individualized demand, e- lectric power enterprises according to different customer value, the demand for service resource allocation, improve the utilization efficiency of resources. Based on the above background, how the various data of electric power enterprises of high efficiency, low storage, and fast access, analysis become subject to be studied in the future. The study in the comprehensive analysis of user demand for electricity perception system, based on big data platform design electricity perception system, logic control mainly includes the management layer, information gathering, communication network, terminal sensing layer, realize the data acquisition terminal equipment on electricity, convey information, etc. Practice confirmed that the system has good scalability, high reliability, and low cost, can effectively improve the service level of the enterprise.
