摘要
随着现代工业技术的发展,爆炸性粉尘在工业生产中的种类和数量急剧增加,爆炸的事故率大为增加,危害程度也非常严重。而粉尘浓度在线监测可及时提醒工作人员粉尘浓度情况,能有效地避免粉尘爆炸事故发生。本文提出了爆炸性粉尘在线监测系统的原理及结构图,并针对摩托车轮毂加工厂镁铝金属可燃性粉尘产生情况设计出了具体实用的粉尘浓度在线监测系统,实际运行效果良好,具有很好的社会效益。
With the development of modem industrial technology, in the industrial production, types and quantities of explosive dust is increasing dramatically, the explosion accident rate has greatly increased, the degree of harm is also very serious. For online monitoring dust concentration can be timely to remind staff to master the dust concentrations, can effectively prevent dust explosion accidents. This paper presents an explosive dust on-line monitoring system principle and structure diagram, and ac- cording to the situation combustible magnesium aluminum metal dust generated when the motorcycle wheels processing,design a specific practical dust concentration on-line monitoring system, the actual running well, with good social benefits.
