基于MSP430的I-V手持测试仪研究

摘要 设计了一款基于MSP430的太阳能电池伏安特性的便携式测试仪。该电子设备采用的供电电源是锂电池,中央控制芯片是MSP430,其是具有实用性较强,兼容性好,性价比高,便于携带的超低功耗可移动设备,既适用于大型的光伏发电场也适用于家庭光伏供电的太阳能电池阵列。便携式测试仪是根据电容充放电原理,设计出测试硬件电路和应用软件。充分考虑地理环境实际需求,设计出一款性能优良、使用方便、高准确度、测速高,实时性好的太阳电池测试仪。 In this paper,we design a portable tester based on the volt ampere characteristic of MSP430. The power supply of the electronic device is a lithium battery, and the central control chip is MSP430, which has the characteristics of strong practicability,good compatibility, high cost performance and portability, both for large-scale photovoltaic field also applies to household photovoltaic power supply of solar array. According to the principle of capacitor charging and discharging, the portable tester is designed to test the hardware circuit and application software. Taking full account of the actual needs of the geographical environment, the good performance, easy to use, high accuracy, high speed and good real-time solar cell tester is designed.
