摘要 为了配制出抗压强度达到C30~C60、坍落度达到35~55 mm的锂渣混凝土,首先测定锂渣的材料性能,从而分析锂渣的需水量情况,得知锂渣需水量较大、吸水性较强;其次结合锂渣材料的特性并依据国家规范和相关经验初步确定出锂渣混凝土配合比;最后依据初步确定的配合比进行混凝土试配,并使用减水剂调节锂渣混凝土的坍落度;经过试配和调整,使锂渣混凝土满足和易性和坍落度的要求,从而确定锂渣混凝土的配合比。并依据锂渣混凝土的配合比制备锂渣混凝土,测定其抗压强度。结果表明:最终确定的锂渣混凝土配合比可以制备出满足工作性和强度要求的混凝土;并且锂渣混凝土抗压强度整体较高,其前期强度比普通混凝土的抗压强度低或与其相当,其后期强度大于普通混凝土。 In order to prepare lithium slag concrete compressive strength reached C30-C60, the slump reached 35-55mm, the material properties of lithium slag are determined, and the requirement of lithium slag is analyzed.The analysis showed that the water requirement of lithium slag is larger, and its water absorption is stronger.Secondly, combining the characteristics of lithium slag material and on the basis of the national standard and relevant experience, lithium slag concrete mix is preliminarily determined.According to preliminary determine the mixture ratio,concrete is test,and water reducing agent is used for regulation of lithium slag concrete slump.After the test and adjustment, lithium slag concrete meet workability and slump, and lithium slag concrete mix ratio is determined.According to the mixture ratio of lithium slag concrete, lithium slag concrete is prepared and the compressive strength of concrete is determined.The results showed that the final determination of the ratio of lithium slag concrete can be prepared to meet the requirements of workability and strength of concrete.And the compressive strength of lithium slag concrete is higher than that of ordinary concrete, its early strength is lower or equal to that of ordinary concrete, and the later strength is greater than that of ordinary concrete.
