基于复频振动的小型超声波除冰器

摘要 针对农村高压线直径小、负重能力差、覆冰易使电线折断导致供电中断等问题,设计一种小型复频振动式超声波除冰器。首先,通过建模和有限元分析,得出除冰器的最佳振动频率约为31 kHz。基于此,设计具有复频振动功能的可夹持型小型超声波除冰器的机械结构及测控电路。实验结果表明,复频振动时除冰器除冰速率较单一纵向振动时提高31.7%,有效改善了除冰效果。 In order to solve the problems of high-voltage lines in rural areas such as small diameter, poor weight-bearing ability and being easy to cause power outages due to the fracture of the wire for heavy icing, a small complex frequency uhrasonic vibration deicer is designed. Firstly, through modeling and finite element a- nalysis, the obtained best vibration frequency of the deicer is about 31 kHz. Based on this, the mechanical structure and the measurement and control circuit of the ultrasonic clamp-type deicer with a complex frequency vibration function are designed. Experimental results show that when the complex frequency vibration, the small deicer deicing is faster than a single longitudinal vibration, increased 31.7%, which effectively improvs the de- icing effect.
