摘要
在人工合成烟气环境中研究了一种新型镍-铬-铁基高温合金GH984G在700℃的腐蚀行为,通过改变烟气中SO_2浓度探索了SO_2浓度对材料高温腐蚀行为的影响。结果表明:在700℃下腐蚀随着气氛中SO_2浓度的升高而加重,不同SO_2浓度气氛中合金表面都形成了以Cr_2O_3为主的致密氧化膜。气氛中SO_2与金属反应在氧化膜中生成少量硫化物,在氧化膜/基体界面有硫的富集。由于致密的Cr_2O_3具有良好的保护性,GH984G合金在不同SO_2的烟气环境中表现出良好的耐蚀性。
The corrosion behavior of a new Ni-Cr-Fe base superalloy GH984 G was studied at 700 ℃ under the synthetic flue gas environment.The effect of various SO_2 content on high temperature corrosion behavior of the GH984 G alloy was investigated.The results show that the corrosion becomes serious with SO_2 content increasing in the synthetic flue gas environment.A dense Cr_2O_3-rich scale forms on the sample surface at 700 ℃ under the various SO_2 content environment.SO_2 can react with the alloy,which can lead to small amount of sulfides formed in the oxide scale,meanwhile,S enrichment is detected at the oxide/substrate is observed.The dense Cr_2O_3-rich scale forms on the sample surface has good protectiveness,therefore,the GH984 G alloy shows good corrosion resistance under the synthetic flue gas environment with various SO_2 content.
