学校特色发展是影响学校生存发展的重大现实问题,办学特色是学校价值取向的集中体现,是学校评价的重要标准。学校教育的社会职能是培养人,学校教育的目的是促进学生全面发展,因而学校在特色发展的道路上必须始终坚持以人为本的核心价值取向。

School characteristic development is a major realistic problem to affect the survival and develop- ment of the school, the school feature is the concentrated expression of the school value orienta- tion and the important standard of school evaluation. The social functions of school education is to cultivate people and the purpose of school education is to promote the all-round development of the students, so school must always adhere to the core value of human orientation on the road of characteristic development.
