摘要
根据当前医改形势,提出2017年的医改重点和改革路径:一是推动同类药品按照药品通用名制定统一医保支付标准,二是探索基于大数据的按疾病诊断相关分组(DRGs)付费,三是在系统比价的基础上进行医疗服务价格调整,四是提高家庭医生签约率,促进分级诊疗,五是建立科学的绩效考核和医生薪酬分配制度。
According to the current status of health care reform, five key issues and pathway of retorm were put forward, including： （ 1 ）developing a unified medical insurance payment price for drugs with the same ＂China Approved Drug Names＂; （ 2 ）promoting the diagnosis related groups payment based on big data; （ 3 ）adjusting the medical service price based on systematic cost comparison between each service ; （ 4 ） accelerating the contract rate between family physicians and residents to promote tiered medical service; （ 5 ） establishing a scientific performance assessment and compensation system of doctors.
