摘要 目的:分析2010—2014年浦东新区公共卫生机构人力资源的配置和服务工作量,为促进公共卫生发展提供依据。方法:收集浦东新区政府文件和卫生统计数据,在2015年对辖区内8所公共卫生机构进行了问卷调查。结果:2014年浦东新区公共卫生机构共有卫生人员1 583人,每万人口公共卫生人员数为2.90人;公共卫生机构卫生技术人员中,35岁以下者占49.63%,本科及以上文化程度者占69.71%,高级职称者占7.12%;相比2010年,2014年浦东新区公共卫生机构的业务量总体增加。结论:浦东新区应加强公共卫生机构的人员配置。 Objective: To analyze the health human resources and services of public health institutions in Pudong New Area, Shanghai from 2010 to 2014 in order to provide the basis for the development of public health. Methods: The data from government documents and health statistic reports in Pudong New Area were collected, and a questionnaire survey of eight public health institutions was conducted in 2015. Results: In 2014, there were 1 583 health workers in public health institutions in Pudong New Area, and the number of public health workers per 10 thousand populations was 2.90. A proportion of 49.63% of health professionals in public health institutions were aged below 35 years old, 69.71% had bachelor or higher degree, and 7.12% had senior professional titles. Compared with those of 2010, the services of public health institutions had greatly increased in 2014. Conclusion: It is suggested that the allocation of health workers in public health institutions of Pudong New Area be enhanced.
