现实导向训练对提高住院慢性精神分裂症患者社会功能的效果观察

Observation on effect of realism guided training on improving social function of inpatients with chronic schizophrenia

目的观察现实导向训练对住院慢性精神分裂症患者社会功能的影响。方法按随机数字表将80例住院慢性精神分裂症患者分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组给予抗精神病药物维持治疗并给予用药监督、相关健康教育和指导,观察组在同对照组基础上给予现实导向训练,干预时间两组均为6个月。采用健康状况调查问卷对两组患者进行干预前后的生存质量评价,以日常生活能力量表评估患者的生活能力,使用社会功能缺陷筛选量表对患者的社会功能进行评定。结果两组干预后生存质量、日常生活能力、社会功能均明显优于干预前;干预后6个月,观察组生存质量、日常生活能力、社会功能改善明显优于对照组,经比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对住院慢性精神分裂症患者实施现实导向训练,可更好地提高患者的日常生活能力、社会功能,对患者生存质量的改善具有重要的临床意义。

Objeetive To observe the effect of realism guided training on improving social function of inpatients with Chronic schizophrenia. Method Divide 80 inpatients with chronic schizophrenia into observation group and control group equally by random number table. Padents in control group receive andpsychotic maintenance treatment combined with drug supervision, related health education and guidance. Patients in observation group receive extra realism guided training based on intervention of control group. The intervention lasts for 6 months. Assess patients＇ quality of life before and after intervention between two groups by health state survey questionnaire. Assess their living ability by daily living measur- ing scale. Assess their social function by social dysfunction screening scale. Result Patients＇ quality of life, living ability and social function are all improved better in observation group than in control group after intervention. The difference is significant （P〈0.05）. Conehlsion Realism guided training for inpatients with chronic schizophrenia can improve their living ability and social function, which has important clinical significance on their quality of life.
