多元文化背景下景颇族教育的困境及出路探析--以云南省瑞丽市D村为例 被引量:1

摘要 多元文化背景下的云南省瑞丽市D村景颇族教育面临着师资短缺且不稳定,教学内容脱离实际,校园内外环境恶劣,家庭教育严重缺失,社区教育有心无力等困境。其原因主要有历史地理环境的限制,教材城市化倾向严重,经济发展的负面影响,家长教育意识淡薄且能力不足,外来文化及西方宗教的冲击等。为提高教育质量,实现文化和谐发展应加大政府投入力度、加强"多元一体"中华文化和国家认同教育、引入且留住优质双语师资、完善村寨精神文明建设、发挥宗教教育的积极作用。 The education for Jingpo nationality in D village faces many difficulties in the multicultural context: shortage and instability of teachers, the detachment of teaching contents from reality, adverse campus and outside environment, the serious lack of family education, and the powerless of community education. The reasons mainly include the constrains of historical and geographical environment, severe urbanization tendency in textbooks, negative influence of economic development, parents' vague educational awareness and low educational capacity, and the impact of foreign culture and western religion. In order to improve the quality of education and realize the harmonious development of culture, government investment should be increased. Chinese cultural education adhering to the principle of "Unity in diversity" and national identity education should be strengthened. Excellent bilingual teachers should be recruited and retained. The construction of spiritual civilization in villages should be improved, and the positive function of religious education should be fully exerted.
