摘要
铜电解起重机主要用于铜电解车间阴阳极板的单吊和混吊工作。其工作特点相比普通桥式起重机运行及起升速度高,要求整车与电解槽绝缘,对其主梁要求相对较高。本文通过对其主梁的受力、静态刚度强度进行了有限元分析,在保证其正常工作的条件下,对其重量和结构进行了优化。
The copper electrolytic crane is mainly used in the single and mixed suspension of the anode and cathode plate in the copper electrolysis plant. Compared with the ordinary bridge crane, the operation and lifting speed is high, complete insulation between the crane and the electrolytic tank is required, and highly required to its grider. The paper analyzes the force and the static stiffness of the main girder by finite element analysis, optimizes the weight and structure of the main grider under the condition of ensuring the normal working condition.
