搅拌速率对聚氨酯软质泡沫塑料力学性能的影响

摘要 聚氨酯软质泡沫塑料是由大量泡孔和基体组成的,泡孔孔径对聚氨酯软质泡沫塑料的性能产生很大影响。改变塑料发泡时料液的搅拌速率能够得到泡孔孔径不同的聚氨酯软质泡沫塑料,且泡孔孔径在一定范围内随搅拌速率的增加而减小。研究了搅拌速率对聚氨酯软质泡沫塑料力学性能的影响。结果表明:在实验范围内聚氨酯软质泡沫塑料的承载能力和回弹性随搅拌速率的增大而增大,而拉伸强度和撕裂强度先增大后减小。 Flexible polyurethane foam is made from a large number of cells and matrixes, ana tne performance is affected by cell sizes. Changing the stirring rate can obtain flexible polyurethane foam with different cell sizes. The cell size of the flexible polyurethane foam decreases when the stirring rate increases. The influence of the stirring rate on mechanical properties of the flexible polyurethane foam is studied. The results show that the carrying capacity and resilience are in- creased with increasing of the cell size, however tensile strength and tear strength are increased and then decreased with increasing of the cell size.
