摘要
介绍新钢开发超深冲DC06钢的生产实践,研究热轧温度与冷轧压下率对产品组织的影响,确定热轧及冷轧与连退工艺参数要求,成功开发了超深冲钢DC06。
The development process of ultra deep drawing steel DC06 is introduced.The effect of hot rolling temperature and cold rolling reduction on its microstructure are studied.The technique parameters of hot rolling and cold rolling and continuous annealing process are determined and ultra deep drawing steel DC06 grade is developed successfully.
