This article describes the emulsion composition,process,emulsion index,the problem existing in use,effect of emulsion indexes on non-oriented silicon steel rolling for six-roller single stand reversing mill.Emulsion physical and chemical indicators directly affect the surface quality,profile,cleanliness and etc.There are many adverse effects on the decarbonization after annealing as well.Therefore,the emulsion plays a key role for rolling.
