济南市某综合写字楼能源消耗分析

Analysis on energy consumption of a general office building in Jinan

为研究确定济南市大型公共建筑能源消耗状况,以济南某综合写字楼为研究对象,通过调研、现场实测、走访、查阅资料对项目水耗、燃气消耗、供暖热力消耗、电力消耗进行了详细地统计分析,得到了大楼单位建筑面积水耗指标、单位人员桶装水消耗指标、日均燃气消耗指标、单位建筑面积冬季空调热力消耗指标、单位建筑面积耗电指标以及单位建筑面积一次总能耗指标及其组分进行了统计分析。

Consumption for research to determine the large-scale public building energy in Jinan City,a comprehensive office building in Ji nan as the research object,carried out a detailed statistical analysis through investigation,field observation interviews ydata access to water consumption,gas consumption,thermal heating consumption,power consumption,the building unit building area,unit water consumption index personnel of bottled water consumption index,average daily gas consumption index,unit construction area of winter air conditioning heat consumption power consumption per unit building area index and unit construction area of a total energy consumption index and its components for statistical analysis.
