摘要
疏浚工程项目施工效果评价既涉及定量指标又涉及具有模糊性的定性指标,目前还没有统一的评价标准。针对这一问题,建立包含具有模糊性的定性指标和定量指标相结合的评价指标体系,提出该指标体系的4级评价标准,采用多级模糊识别模型进行评价,结合工程实例讨论了该评价指标体系、二元比较指标权重确定法和评价模型在疏浚工程评价中的应用。
Evaluation of the dredging project construction effect involve quantitative indexes and qualitative indexes with fuzzy, and there is no unified assessment standard. To solve this problem, the evaluation index system is established which includes the qualitative indexes and quantitative indexes, puts four grades classification standard, and takes the multi-level fuzzy recognition mode as the dredging projects evaluation model. Combined with practical examples, the application of the index system, binary comparison weight determination method and the model in dredging project evaluation is discussed in detail.
