摘要
阐述了激光粒度分析原理及马尔文MS3000型号激光粒度分析仪的改进,对非黏性土的粒径分布进行了研究。利用马尔文激光粒度分析仪,通过试验分析确定此种土的激光粒度的各参数变量(遮光度、泵速、光学参数、分散剂等),并选择最优参数进行粒径分布的重复性和重现性试验。对比了使用不同分散剂的试验结果,发现采用六偏磷酸钠为分散剂进行非黏性土粒径分析时,其结果更准确,应用范围更具有普适性。
The principle and improvement of Malvern MS3000 laser particle analysis was expounded. The characteristics of cohesionless soils' particle size has been studied. Some variable parameters which contains obseuration level, pump speed, optical parameters and dispersant ete, have been determined by Malvern MS3000 laser particle analyzer, and some parameters were optimized by repeatable and reproducible experiments. The results show that the sodium hexametaphosphate which is as dispersant for analyzing the cohesionless soils' particle size, can make the more accurate data and be applied in a wide range of scope.
