高职高专学前教育专业校企合作新探——以青岛西海岸学前教育联盟为例

New Discussion on Cooperation between Colleges and Enterprises of Preschool Education Major in Higher Vocational Colleges——A Case Study of Qingdao West Coast Preschool Education League

高职学前教育专业是幼儿教师培养的主阵地之一,校企合作则是深化教学改革、提高人才培养质量的关键。以青岛西海岸学前教育联盟为例,通过对联盟创新型模式的阐述,以及对联盟活动内容和成效的总结,为高职高专院校探索校企合作,促进工学结合,提升人才培养质量提供借鉴。

Preschool education major in higher vocational education is one of the main positions of preschool teachers training,and cooperation between colleges and enterprises is the key to deepen the teaching reform and improve the talents cultivation quality.Through a case study of Qingdao West Coast Preschool Education League,an innovative model of league between vocational colleges and enterprises is elaborated in this article.With a good summary of the activities organized by the League and the effects of those activities,agood example of exploration on cooperation between vocational colleges and enterprises is provided in the article to promote the combination of work and study,and provide reference to enhance the quality of preschool education talents.
