“双轨训练”校企合作模式的风险及规避措施研究

Study on the Risks and Avoidance about Dual System of University-enterprise Cooperation Pattern——Taking the Tourism Management Major as an Example

"双轨训练"校企合作模式与订单培养模式、二元制模式相比具有一定优势,但这种模式对学校存在招生更难、师资难以达到水平的风险;对学生存在在校时个人素质培养路径以及毕业时择业路径受限的风险;对企业则存在工作协调难度高和企业承担实践培养工作能力不足的风险。通过前期充分准备,校企之间、企业之间加深合作等措施可以在一定程度上降低风险。

Concerning university-enterprise cooperation mode,Dual System has certain advantages compared with order-based training and binary system.But under Dual System,the risks for the colleges are that it is more difficult to recruit students,and teachers are difficult to reach the required level.The risks for the students are that the path of personal quality training at school and career-chosen path after graduation are limited.The risks for the enterprises are that there are more difficulties on work coordination and insufficient capability of practice training.Through full preparation before hand,the measures like deeper university-enterprise cooperation and enterprise-enterprise cooperation can reduce the risks to a certain extent.
