摘要 目的观察灵芝孢子油(GSO)对血管生成的作用。方法应用人脐静脉内皮细胞(HUVEC)培养三维血管生成模型和鸡胚尿囊膜(CAM)模型,观察灵芝孢子油含药血清对人脐静脉血管内皮细胞(HUVEC)增殖和迁移的影响;及对鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜血管生成的影响。结果灵芝孢子油含药血清,使CAM血管生成减少、变细,其中较大剂量组中、小血管生成数量明显减少。对血管内皮细胞的出芽和管腔形成有抑制作用,较大剂量组抑制作用明显。结论灵芝孢子油具有抑制血管内皮细胞的增殖,抑制新生血管的形成的作用。 Objective To evaluate the effect of Ganoderma spore oil(GSO) on angiogenesis. Methods The chicken chorioallantoic membrane (CAM) model was established. Migration of human allantoic veins endothelial cell(HUVEC) was observed by a microcarrier-based three dimension angiogeneic model and GSO- contained serum was prepared to evaluate the influence of GSO-contained serum on the proliferation and removal of HUVEC in vitro and on the angiogenesis of CAM in vivo. Results GSO-contained serum could inhibit the angiogenesis in which the high-dosage group exhibited an obvious inhibition effect in the CAM model. On the basis of the three dimension angiogenic model, GSO has inhibition effect on endotheliocyte pullulation and blood vessel cavity formation of cultivated human allantoic veins.The effect of high-dosage GSO was notable. Conclusion GSO can inhibited angiogenesis, and inhibiting the proliferation of vessel endothelial cell.
