妇炎舒抗炎镇痛作用研究

Experimental Study on Analgesic and Anti-inflammatory Effects of the New Process Fuyanshu

目的研究妇炎舒镇痛及抗炎作用,并观察工艺优化的影响。方法采用醋酸扭体法和热板法进行镇痛实验,利用连续二倍梯度琼脂平板稀释法,液体转染平板法及大鼠棉球肉芽肿形成模型,观察妇炎舒的抗炎活性。结果妇炎舒对热刺激引起的小鼠疼痛痛阈明显延长,并明显减少醋酸引起的小鼠扭体次数;妇炎舒(除小剂量组)对大鼠棉球肉芽肿有明显抑制作用;与妇炎舒(原)比较,大剂量妇炎舒明显减少醋酸引起的小鼠扭体次数,并对大肠埃希氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、乙型溶血性链球菌、阴道加特纳菌、淋病奈瑟氏菌的MIC和MBC值均降低。结论妇炎舒具有较好的镇痛及抗炎活性,且工艺优化后妇炎舒的镇痛及抗炎作用有明显提高。

Objective To study the analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects of Fuyanshu, and observe the effect of process optimization. Methods Analgesic effect was observed by acetic acid-induced writhing and hot plate test. MIC was determined by dilution method of double times gradient agar plate. MBC was determined by liquid transfer plate method, and the formation model of rat cotton ball granuloma. By these means, study on analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects of Fuyanshu. Results Fuyanshu could significantly prolong the pain threshold of mice by thermal stimulation, and decrease the number of writhing, and Fuyanshu（except for small dose group） could inhibit the formation of granuloma in rats. Compared with the Fuyanshu （pre-process） group, Fuyanshu （1.32 g/kg） could significantly decrease the number of writhing. MIC and MBC of Fuyanshu on Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus hemolysis-β, Gardnrella vaginallis, Neisseria gonorrhoeae were decreased. Conclusions Fuyanshu has good performance on analgesic and anti-inflammatory, and the effect of Fuyanshu was significantly improved by process improvement.
