摘要
地方本科高校向应用型大学转型,与其说是办学定位的重新选择,不如说是对应用型办学定位的回归和固化,其核心在于用新的思维和战略调整办学行为,纠正办学行为与办学定位之间的偏差,以使学校摆脱发展困境。地方本科高校应当牢牢抓住转型发展的战略机遇,找准转型发展的着力点、突破口,从办学理念、专业建设、教学模式、师资队伍、办学模式、治理结构等六个关键维度推进转型,构建与应用型办学定位相匹配的教育教学体系和管理体制机制。
The restructuring of local universities into applied ones is much more like relocating and solidifying the school-running orientation of applied universities, rather than rechoosing orientation. The essence is to adjust the school-running with novel thinking and correct some deviations in the management process, so as to help the universities out of development predicament. Local universities should seize the strategic opportunity, identify the breakthrough point and make direct efforts to promote the restructuring process in 6 key dimensions: school-running philosophy, specialty development, teaching mode, faculty building, school- running system and administration structure, aimed at constructing an educational system and management mechanism which can match the objectives of applied universities.
