摘要
近年来,慕课作为一种新兴的在线课程开发模式,越来越受到高等教育领域的关注。本文阐述了食品技术原理的慕课,作为天津科技大学第一批慕课建设项目,进行了相关的实践和探索,重点从慕课建设思路、设计方案及慕课制作与维护三个方面进行了研究和探讨,以期为我国高校相关课程慕课建设提供具有实际意义的参考。
Recently, MOOCs, as an emerging online course model, have received more attention in the field of higher education. This paper expounds the development and implementation of MOOCs in the course of principles of food technology, one of the first batch of MOOCs courses in Tianjin University of Science and Technology. It focuses on three aspects: the construction idea, the design plan, the production and maintenance of MOOCs, aiming to provide domestic colleges and universities with some reference for MOOCs construction.
