Thoughts on self-construction of Communist Party of China committees at regiment and brigade levels in PLA Navy

加强海军旅团党委自身建设,是践行强军目标的关键一环。新形势下,锻造"能打仗、打胜仗"的党委和党委班子,就必须补足党委班子保持先进性之"钙";提高党委贯彻民主集中制的质量;提升党委带兵打仗能力;树立党委领导核心的威信,从而全面夯实旅团党委的核心领导作用。

A key to a strong PLA is the self-construction of Communist Party of China （CPC） committees at all levels in PLAN. The CPC committee members should remain advanced and enhance the sense of responsibility in order to ＂be able to fight and win＂. They should improve their capability to engage in training and operations and to lead the troops to fight. They should seek an unity of the truth power and the personality power with the purpose of strengthening the core leadership of CPC, committees at regiment and brigade levels in the building of a strong army.
