信息时代基层部队理论教育创新的思考

On theoretical education innovation for grass-root troops in information age

基层部队理论教育,是军队思想政治教育工作的重要方面,是实现强军目标的基础工程和根本保证。在研究现阶段基层部队理论教育现状及广大官兵对理论教育需求的基础上,分析了理论教育在实施过程中存在的不足,提出了适应现阶段基层官兵特点的理论教育改革措施,为提高思想政治教育效果提供借鉴和参考。

The theoretical education for grass-root troops is considered as the foundation and radical guarantee of a strong Chinese army and plays an important role in military political education. On the basis of researching the status quo of current theoretical education and the demand from grass-root troops, some shortcomings in educational practice are analyzed in this paper. Meanwhile, some practical reforms that appeal to the reality of the officers and enlisted are also proposed, henceforth providing some references for the improvement in terms of ideological and political education.
