摘要
军事对外传播是国家安全和军事战略对外发挥影响力的重要行为方式。"暖实力"传播是中国"和平崛起"战略传播中的主体传播方式。信息网络时代,在军事对外传播中发挥"暖实力"传播影响力,应不断向以导向为重的多向度传播、以人为本的集群性传播、媒体融合的多重性传播、事件信息的多效度传播、组群汇合的受众化传播、多成分互动化传播和人性化社会性传播的"七维"集成化传播方向拓展。
Military external communication plays a significant role in making known to the outside world Chinals national security policies and military Strategies. Spreading "Warm Power" may serve as a major means in China's peaceful rising strategic communications. This study proposes that China's military external communication in the era of information network should focus on the following seven aspects, i.e. goal-oriented multidimentional communication, people-oriented clustering communication, polyfunctional communication in the process of media convergence, multieffect communication as far as specific events are concerned, cohort sub-communication, multi-component interactive communication and humanized social communication.
