摘要
随着我海军舰艇部队遂行海上多样化军事任务日益增多,出海人员配置成为舰艇部队需要经常面对、反复面对、必须面对的现实问题。从舰艇部队实际出发,尝试从满足任务和舰艇需要、实现资源利用的高效、做到人与岗位的匹配、提高配置决策的效率四个方面对影响出海人员配置的因素进行了分析,为该问题的后续深入研究做一些准备。
With an increase of multiple military tasks, the personnel allocation on board has become a regular, repetitive, compulsory issue for naval vessel forces. According to the reality of naval vessel forces, influence factors such as meeting the demand of missions and naval vessels, efficient utilization of resources, person-post matching and efficiency of decision making are analyzed. The research provides reference for further study of personnel allocation on board.
