摘要
教育资源在院校人才培养中起着基础性作用。军队院校管理部门应建立资源开放平台和共享机制,统筹利用各类教学与科学资源,提高办学质量和效益。
Educational resources play a fundamental role in the personnel training of military colleges and universities. An open platform and a sharing mechanism should be established in each college management department, and all kinds of teaching and scientific resources should be made full use of to improve the quality and efficiency of .running schools.
