Function of decommissioned ships in real combat teaching

退役舰艇实战化教学必须坚持面向战场、面向部队,围绕实战搞教学、着眼打赢育人才,使培养的学员符合部队建设和未来战争需要。围绕实战化理念、人才培养模式、教学内容、教学方式方法、教学力量改革五个方面进行了探讨,阐明了退役舰艇在实战化教学中存在的问题及相应的解决方法,为提升退役舰艇实战化教学水平提供依据。

The real combat teaching in decommissioned ships must be oriented to the battlefield and the troops. The teaching must be focused on the real combat and personnel training must be focused on the win, which makes the trainees meet the needs of our army＇s construction and the future wars. In this paper, five aspects of the reform are discussed, i.e. real combat ideas, the personnel training modes, the courses content, the teaching methods and the teaching force. The problems in the reform of the real combat teaching in decommissioned ships and the corresponding solutions are clarified, which provides the basis to improve the real combat teaching in decommissioned ships.
