摘要
军队院校学员荣誉制度建设应在制度观念上,注重学员主体;在荣誉类别上,施行"1+4"模式;在管理机构上,成立荣誉委员会;在激励方式上,强化物质与精神并重的正面激励;在荣誉标识上,将荣誉具象化;在制度文化上,凸显诚信教育。
As to the concept of the honor system construction, emphasis should be laid on the midshipmen's principal role. As to the category of honor, "One Plus Four" mode can be applied. Honor Board should be established as management institution. Material and spiritual rewards ought to be included in the honor incentive mechanism. Meanwhile the honor can be materialized to symbols. Honesty education should be strengthened in cultural development.
