网络信息体系的成熟度评估

Maturity Assessment of Networking Information-Centric System of Systems

针对网络信息体系在多样化任务和不确定环境下的适应性评估问题,提出网络信息体系融合模式概念,从体系互操作、互理解和互遵循3个方面入手,定义了网络信息体系融合模式空间,分析了体系互操作、互理解和互遵循与体系形成信息优势、决策优势和行动优势的关系;提出网络信息体系成熟度的概念,定义了网络信息体系能力等级,建立了基于网络信息体系融合模式的体系成熟度模型.该成果对理清网络信息体系适应性评估思路,指导建立网络信息体系非功能特性评估模型有重要作用.

To assess the adaptability of Networking Information-Centric System of Systems（NIC So S）, the harmonizing mode of NIC So S was defined by three dimensions： interoperation, mutual understanding and mutual compliance. The relationships among the interoperation, mutual understanding, mutual compliance and Information Superiority, Decision Superiority, Operational Superiority was analyzed. The concept of NIC So S maturity and the level model were proposed based on the harmonizing modes. The level model for NIC So S＇s maturity included six levels： isolated level, initial level, coordinated level, collaborative level, integrated level and adaptive level.
