摘要
以网络信息体系建设为需求背景,探讨了网络信息体系能力聚合的概念,整体框架,以及作战任务与作战单元的优化匹配、作战单元间协作结构的优化生成、作战单元间指控结构的优化生成、系统资源的优化配置等机理中的关键问题,最后从作战和系统两个层面提出了机理的应用设想.
Based on the requirement background of networking information-centric system of systems construction, the concept of the capability aggregation of networking information-centric system of systems is analyzed, the framework is given, and the key issues such as optimization matching between the operation missions and operation units, optimizations of cooperation construct and C2（command and control） construct among the operation units, optimized allocation among the system resources are discussed. The application assumptions in the views of operation and system are considered.
