摘要
随着冲压技术的不断发展,厚板小孔类零件的开发越来越多。但是生产此类零件的模具通常工作在恶劣的环境中,所以这类零件的广泛生产受到制约,其中一个重要的制约因素是模具寿命。因此选择厚板小孔冲裁模具作为研究对象,在分析了厚板小孔冲裁模具的特点和模具寿命研究理论的基础上,得到了模具寿命的影响因素,然后基于塑性成形有限元分析软件DEFORM进行模具寿命的数值模拟,通过分析凸模所受等效应力与磨损量的变化,总结出不同工艺参数对凸模寿命的影响规律。
With the continuous development of stamping, more and more parts are developed, which contains many slab holes parts. Due to the die of such parts usually work in bad environments, widespread production of such parts is restricted, and one of the constraint is the die life. Slab hole punching die is selected as the research object, based on the analysis of the characteristics of slab holes die and the die life, the influence factors of life are obtained. Then based on the finite element analysis software DEFORM, the die life is simulated, and through the analysis of the equivalent stress affected on the punches and the change of the amount of wear volume, the laws of different process parameters influenced on the punches life are summarized.
