Research on Coal Sorting Technology Based on Machine Vision

摘要 基于机器视觉的煤炭分拣的技术,分析提取的实时图像,判断传送带上是否有物料,如果有物料时,提取图像中物料轮廓,然后计算出轮廓中红色和蓝色颜色分量的平均值,与所设定的阈值进行比较,从而判断出物料的种类。该技术具有高效、可靠的特点,使用该技术将提高生产效率,进而降低煤炭企业的生产成本。 Coal sorting technology based on machine vision has the function of analyzing whether there is material on the conveyor. Contour of image will be found when there is material on conveyor. The average of color will be calculated according to respective proportion of blue component and the red component in the contour. Comparing the average with the setting threshold judges the type of material. The technology has advantage of high efficiency and good stability, reliability. The technology reduces production costs and improves production efficiency in coal companies.
