摘要
肩部肌肉疲劳是静态坐姿工作人员中普遍存在的职业健康问题,明确工作人员肩部肌肉出现不同状态的时间有利于预防静态坐姿工作人员肩部疾患的发生。利用表面肌电信号(surface electromyographic,sEMG)实验分析法,对20名无肩部疾患大学生志愿者的斜方肌部分进行无侵入性肩部肌肉信号实时监测。分析中位频率和肌肉电活动水平随时间变化的斜率情况,结合频谱振幅联合分析(JASA)方法确定了工作人员在工作过程中肌力增加,减少,恢复和疲劳四个状态的对应时间。实验表明在整个工作过程中肌力的增加是围绕着其他几类状态反复出现的,工作人员在工作到80—90分钟进入疲劳状态,持续疲劳一段时间后,肌力先增后减,从而发现其可能是造成静态坐姿肩部肌肉疾患的原因之一。
Shoulder muscle fatigue is a common health problem of occupation in the static posture worker, to make clear of the time period of different states in workers' shoulder muscles is advantageous to the prevention of the static posture workers' shoulder disorders. Use the (surface electromyographic, sEMG) signals experimental analysis , invasively monitor the trapezius muscle of 20 volunteers without shoulder disorders in real - time. Analysis the slope of median frequency and muscle electrical activity level changes with time, combined with the joint analysis of the spectral amplitude (JASA) method to determine the workers' different state ( muscle strength Increased, reduced, recovered and fatigue ) and it' s corresponding time. The experiment shows that the increase of muscle strength is repeat around the whole process of the work, when work in 80 minutes the muscle appear the state of fatigue, after a period of fatigue time, muscle strength first increased and then decreased, then found it might be one cause of the muscle disorders in the static sitting posture.
