北京城市副中心的形成定位及战略要求分析

Research on the formation positioning and development strategy requirement of Beijing Sub-CBD

运用城市发展理论和城市动力学方法,分析城市副中心形成的历史背景,梳理城市副中心的概念和内涵,研究城市副中心与城市中心区的密切联系,剖析当今城市副中心形成特点。从而提出了北京城市副中心建设的发展战略和城市定位,对北京城市副中心未来发展建设具有一定的指导意义。

On the basis of the theory of urban development and urban dynamics method, the author analyses the formation of the historical background of the city and the Sub-CBD, combing the concept and connotation of the Sub-CBD, studies and the close ties between the city and Sub-CBD, researches the formation charac- teristics of today＇s Sub-CBD. Based on these analyses, the paper puts forward the development strategy of the construction and city orientation of the Beijing Sub-CBD, which has a certain guiding significance to the future development of Beijing.
