干燥综合征中医药治疗临床研究进展

Clinical research progress of Sjogren's syndrome treatment with traditional Chinese medicine

干燥综合征(SS)是一种以累及唾液腺和泪腺等外分泌腺为主的慢性、系统性自身免疫疾病。中医学文献多以"燥证""虚劳""痹证"记载。由于该病既有口干、眼干等干燥的特点,又有关节肿痛及经脉痹阻的表现,现代中医将该病命名为"燥痹"。该文从干燥综合征的中医病因病机、辨证论治等角度论述其中医药研究进展。

Sjogren′s syndrome is a kind of chronic and systemic autoimmune disease which mainly involves exocrine glands such as sali-vary gland and lacrimal gland.Chinese literature called it “dryness”,“consumption”,“arthralgia”.Due to dry mouth,dry eye,joint swell-ing and pain and meridian blockage,the disease is named “dry paralysis”in modern Chinese medicine.This article discusses the research progress in Sjogren′s syndrome from the etiology and pathogenesis of TCM,syndrome differentiation and treatment of different angles.
