摘要
Nemo样激酶(Nemo-like kinase,NLK)是在进化上高度保守的MAPK样激酶,广泛分布于机体各组织器官。诸多研究发现,NLK可通过调控多种信号通路分子如Wnt/β-catenin,c-Myb,caspase-3参与了肿瘤细胞生长、分化,增殖和凋亡等过程。异常表达的NLK在肿瘤性疾病的发生发展以及在判断疾病的预后等方面都扮演重要的角色。该文就NLK调控肿瘤性疾病发生发展的功能和机制研究进行综合论述。
Nemo-like kinase(NLK)is an evolutionarily conserved MAPK-related kinase that is broadly expressed in mammalian organ systems.Accumulating evidence indicates that NLK is involved in cancer cell growth,differentiation,proliferation and apoptosis via the regulation of multiple signal molecules,including Wnt/β-catenin,c-Myb and caspase-3.Aberrant expression of NLK plays a pivotal role in the progression and development of cancer and in prognosis evaluation of cancer.In this review,we will make a summary on the func-tion and underlying mechanism of NLK in modulating the process of various cancers.
