摘要
目的为完善咳速停胶囊现有质量标准项下的薄层鉴别,对咳速停胶囊中枇杷叶、麻黄、罂粟壳、百尾参、虎耳草5味药材进行薄层色谱鉴别(TLC)研究。方法采用TLC法分别对5味药材进行鉴别。结果所建立的方法专属性较强,各色谱斑点清晰且分离度良好,阴性均无干扰。结论 TLC可适用于咳速停胶囊中5味药材的薄层鉴别。
Objective To perfect the TLC identification of the existing quality standard of keshuting capsules,to identify the five Chi-nese medicinal herbs（loquat leaf,herba ephedrae,pericarpium papavers,cynanchum atratum ,saxifraga stolonifera）by TLC.Methods TLC was adopted for the respective identifications of the five Chinese medicinal herbs.Results The method had a strong specificity. The TLC spots were clear with good separation.The blank test showed no interference.Conclusion The method built can be used for the TLC identification of the five Chinese medicinal herbs of kesuting capsules.
