自制改良芒硝外敷袋在急性胰腺炎患者中应用

Application of modifed home-made mirabilite packed bags in patients with acute pancreatitis

目的探讨自制改良芒硝外敷袋在急性胰腺炎患者中的临床应用价值。方法采用数字盲法,将急性胰腺炎住院患者113例随机分为干预组55例和对照组58例;干预组使用自制改良芒硝外敷袋,对照组使用普通芒硝外敷袋。比较两组患者使用芒硝外敷的依从性、患者腹痛程度、患者及家属满意度。结果干预组患者在芒硝外敷使用时间、频次、及部位的依从性均高于对照组(P<0.05);患者及家属满意度均明显高于对照组(Z=-3.48,P<0.05),外敷后腹痛的程度明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自制芒硝外敷袋因结构简单、使用方便、易固定,应用于急性胰腺炎患者能明显提高患者使用芒硝袋的依从性,患者及家属满意度,减轻护理工作量,有效改善患者的腹部症状,提高疗效。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of modifed home-made mirabilite packed bags in patients with acute pancreati-tis.Methods Digital-blind method was used to assign a total of 113 cases of hospitalized patients with acute pancreatitis into interven-tion group（55 cases）and control group（58 cases）.The intervention group used the modified home-made mirabilite bags,while the con-trol group used normal mirabilite bags.We compared patient compliance,abdominal pain,patient and family satisfaction between the two groups.Results The patients′compliance of the time,frequence and part of mirabilite external application in intervention group was significantly better than that of control group （P 〈0.05）,and the patients′and family′s satisfaction was significantly higher than that of control group（Z =-3.48,P 〈0.05）,while abdominal pain was significantly less severe than the control group （P 〈0.05）.Conclu-sions Because of its simplicity,convenience and easier fastening,the application of modified home-made mirabilite packed bags in pa-tients with acute pancreatitis can significantly improve patients′compliance and patient and family satisfaction,reduce nursing work-load,relieve abdominal symptoms,and improve efficacy.
