4例维持性血液透析患者合并主动脉夹层的护理体会

Nursing Experience of 4 Patients with Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients Combined with Aortic Dissection

目的探讨维持性血液透析患者合并主动脉夹层的护理。方法总结4例维持性血液透析患者合并主动脉夹层的护理观察重点及护理措施,包括降压治疗护理、疼痛观察及护理、血透治疗的护理、健康教育及心理护理等。结果 4例患者经镇痛、监控血压、心率、透析等治疗和护理,病情稳定后出院。结论护理人员仔细观察患者的生命体征,尤其是血压控制的效果、疼痛情况、及各种护理措施的落实,缓解了维持性血透合并主动脉夹层患者的症状,最终提高了治疗效果。

Objective To explore the value of nursing care for maintenance hemodialysis patients combined with aortic dissection. Methods We focused on the nursing observation and nursing measures and summarized the ex- perience of 4 maintenance hemodialysis patients combined with aortic dissection, including antihypertensive ther- apy, pain nursing and observation, nursing of hemodialysis, and health education and psychological nursing. Re- sults Through the treatment and nursing care of analgesia, monitoring blood pressure and heart rate, dialysis and so on, the condition of the 4 maintenance hemodialysis patients combined with aortic dissection gradually stabi- lized. All of them discharged from hospital successfully after recovery. Conclusion It could improve the effect of treatment via the nursing care. Nurses monitored the patient＇s vital signs, especially blood pressure control, ob- served the condition of pain, and ensured the implementation of nursing measures, which could relieve the symp- toms of the maintenance hemodialysis patients combined with aortic dissection.
