健康教育路径指引下的多形式教育方式在冠心病介入治疗患者中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨健康教育路径指引下的多形式教育方式对冠心病介入治疗患者的影响。方法将90例冠状动脉介入治疗的患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采取常规健康教育方式,观察组在健康教育路径指引下,采取多形式健康教育方式。比较两组患者健康教育达标率、平均住院时间、并发症的发生率、患者满意度及护理质量。结果观察组健康教育达标率、对护理工作的满意度有明显提高;并发症的发生、平均住院日明显减少;且病人基础及专科护理质量得分高于对照组,两组间差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)结论采取健康教育路径指引下的多形式教育方式可提高冠脉介入手术患者的认知水平,缩短住院时间、降低并发症的发生率,密切护患关系,提高满意度,改进护理质量,促进患者康复,值得在临床上推广应用。 Objective To explore the effect of the multiform education on the patients with coronary heart disease under the guidance of health education path. Methods 90 patients with coronary intervention were randomly di- vided into observation group and control group. The control group took routine health education mode, and the observation group in the health education path guidance takes the form of multiple health education. The aware- ness rate of health education, hospital stay, incident of complications, patient satisfaction and nursing quality of the two groups were compared. Results The healthy education achieved rate and the satisfaction of nursing work was significantly improved in the observation group. The incidence of complications and the average hospi- talization days were significantly reduced in the observation group. Meanwhile, the scores of basic nursing and nursing quality of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant( P 〈 0.05). Conclusions Using multiform education under the guidance of health education path can improve coronary interventional surgery patient's cognitive level, shorten the hospitalization time, reduce complication incidence, improve nurse-patient relationship,, improve the satisfaction and the quality of nursing, promote the rehabilitation of patients, which is worth popularizing in clinic.
