急性左心功能衰竭实施临床路径护理观察

Clinical Pathway Nursing was Observed in Patients with Acute Left Ventricular Failure

目的观察急性左心功能衰竭实施临床路径护理的效果。方法选取2013年3月至2015年3月间我院收治的急性左心功能衰竭患者共141例,随机分为观察组(71例)和对照组(70例),其中,对照组给予常规急救护理,观察组给予临床路径护理,统计并比较两组患者病死率、住院时间以及护理满意度。结果在病死率上,观察组为1.4%,显著低于对照组(11.4%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在住院时间上,观察组为7.8±2.2d,明显少于对照组(10.2±3.3d),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在护理满意度上,观察组为91.5%,明显优于对照组(68.6%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于急性左心功能衰竭患者,采取临床路径护理方式,可以提高护理的规范性,缩短抢救时间,提高抢救的成功率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the acute left heart failure clinical pathway nursing. Methods From March 2013 to March 2015 in our hospital in patients with acute left heart failure in 141 cases, were randomly divided into observation group （71 cases） and control group （70 cases）, the control group was given routine nursing. The ob- servation group was given chnical nursing pathway, were analyzed and compared between two groups mortality rate, hospitalization time and nursing satisfaction. Results In the mortality rate, the observation group was 1.4%, significantly lower than the control group （11.4%）, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）; at the time of hospitalization, the observation group was 7.8 ＋ 2.2d. Significantly less than the control group （10.2 ＋ 3.3D）, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）; satisfaction in nursing, the observation group was 91.5%, significantly better than the control group （68.6%）, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion For the treatment of acute left heart failure patients, to take temporary Bed path nursing, can im- prove the standard of care, shorten the rescue time, improve the success rate of rescue, it is worthy of chnical ap- plication.
