摘要
以全员育人、全过程育人为理念,在学生体质健康监测中建立导师导学制,明确导师在学生身体素质锻炼、体质测试、健康监测中的主导作用.全程对学生在校期间的素质锻炼、体质监测等进行分层次导学,解决体质监测中的教学"盲区"及"监"、"测"工作断链等问题,形成有效、可行的"导师导学"教学模式.
The thesis aims to discuss the "tutor instruction"mode established in the physique and health surveillance for students based on the concept of "whole staff education"and "whole process education",during which tutors will play the leading role in students' body building,physique examining and health surveillance,adopt whole- process stratified teaching for students' body building as well as physique and health surveillance,so as to resolve the blind zone and the problems concerning the connection between "surveillance"and "examining"in the teaching of physique and health surveillance,thus forming an effective and feasible "tutor instruction"mode.
