摘要
通过分析传统脱气器结构设计上存在的局限,改进了脱气器高度调节方式、丝杆长度和集气筒内部结构,采用全新设计的浮球式磁性感应模块和电控系统,将人工调节脱气器高度的方式改进成随钻井液液位变化自动调节方式,以保证脱气器始终处于有效脱气范围,实现了脱气器的智能化应用。浮球磁感应式自动升降脱气器减轻了人工劳动强度,降低了安全风险,节约了维修成本,有利于提高气测录井资料的准确率,可以为油气层的发现与评价提供更加准确可靠的依据,具有较好的推广应用前景。
By analyzing the limitations of traditional degasser′s structural design,the height adjustment method of the degasser,the length of the screw rod and the internal structure of gas collecting cylinder were improved.The newly designed floating ball magnetic induction module and the electric control system improved the manual adjustment of the degasser height to automatically adjust with the change of drilling fluid level to ensure the degasser is always in the range of effective degassing,the intelligent application of the degasser was realized.The automatic lifting engine degasser reduces manual labor intensity and the safety risk,saves maintenance cost and improves the accuracy of gas logging data.It can provide an accurate and reliable basis for the discovery and evaluation of oil and gas layers and has good popularization and application prospects.
