摘要
目的:应用剪切波弹性成像(SWE)技术评估银屑病患者皮损部位皮肤急性期及恢复期的弹性变化。方法:应用SWE技术,分别于12例银屑病患者的急性期和恢复期对其14个皮损部位皮肤进行弹性测量,获得杨氏模量值,比较皮损部位皮肤急性期和恢复期弹性变化。结果:银屑病患者急性期皮损部位皮肤的平均弹性最大值、平均值和最小值分别为(64.8±29.9)k Pa、(52.1±26.3)k Pa和(41.8±22.3)k Pa;恢复期平均弹性最大值、平均值和最小值分别为(35.1±20.3)k Pa、(29.0±17.5)k Pa和(25.1±15.2)k Pa,急性期杨氏模量值明显比恢复期高,差异均有统计学意义(t=5.32,t=5.48,t=5.06;P<0.01)。结论:银屑病患者患处皮肤急性期弹性较恢复期弹性具有明显差异,剪切波弹性成像为银屑病及其他皮肤疾病的诊断及评估奠定了基础。
Objective: To evaluate skin elasticity of the dermis layer in patients with psoriasis in acute phase and convalescence. Methods: 14 skin lesions in dermis layer of 12 patients were enrolled. We used the shear wave elastography(SWE) to detect 14 skin lesions in dermis layer of 12 patients with psoriasis, got the Young's modulus in acute phase and convalescence and then compared the difference. Results: The maximum, mean and minimum Young's modulus in acute phase were(64.8±29.9)kPa,(52.1±26.3)kPa and(41.8±22.3)kPa, and in convalescence were(35.1±20.3)kPa,(29.0±17.5)kPa and(25.1±15.2)kPa. The maximum, mean, minimum Young's modulus in acute phase were significantly higher than that in convalescence, and the differences were statistically significant(t=5.32, t=5.48, t=5.06; P〈0.01). Conclusion: Shear wave elastography as a stable tool can determine the skin elasticity of the dermis layer in patients with psoriasis quantitatively. The technology of shear wave elastography lays the foundation for the evaluation of psoriasis and other skin diseases.
