国产彩色超声诊断仪在产前检查中的临床评价研究

Clinical contrast studies of domestic and imported color doppler ultrasound in prenatal ultrasonography

目的:对比研究国产与进口彩色超声诊断仪在产前超声检查中的临床应用,探讨国产彩超在各级医院产前超声检查的可行性。方法:在7所不同级别医院,选用可以代表国产彩超先进性水平的彩超仪4台,分别定义为1号机、2号机、3号机及4号机,参照评价进口通用型飞利浦高端彩超为对比机;分别对产前行超声检查的210例胎儿所留存的图像进行临床对比评价及评分。结果:国产4台彩超评分结果分别为1号机87.75分,2号机96.20分,3号机81.31分,4号机84.90分;进口对比机105.0分。国产4台彩超评分结果与进口对比机相比均有统计学意义(t=3.03,t=3.18,t=2.90,t=3.23;P<0.05)。结论:国产彩超可以满足基层医院及二级医院日常工作需要的产前超声检查,但不能满足三级以上产前检查,且仍待提高。

Objective： To discuss whether application of domestic color Doppler ultrasound in prenatal ultrasonography in different level hospitals is feasible by clinical contrast studies of domestic and imported color Doppler ultrasound in seven different level hospitals. Methods： To make comparative evaluation of images of fetus in prenatal ultrasonography in the seven hospitals and give a mark. Results： Each hospital has 30 cases, so there are 210 cases in 7 hospitals. The evaluation results of four domestic color Doppler ultrasound instruments are 87.75（No. 1 instrument）, 96.20（No. 2 instrument）, 81.31（No.3 instrument） and 84.90（No.4 instrument）. The result of imported instrument is 105.0. Compared with the imported instrument, the result of four domestic color Doppler ultrasound is p〈0.05. So there is statistical significance（t=3.03, t=3.18, t=2.90, t=3.23; P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Domestic color Doppler ultrasound can meet the needs of prenatal ultrasonography and other regular work in primary hospitals and second-class hospitals, but it cannot meet the needs of prenatal ultrasonography in third-class hospitals. So it needs to be improved.
