摘要
颗粒物的比电阻大小是影响电除尘器除尘效率高低的重要因素,尤其是对于比电阻<10~4Ω·cm或者>10^(12)Ω·cm时,电除尘器的收尘效率将会大大降低。在电除尘器收集比电阻不同的颗粒物的过程中,颗粒物会由于物理特性的不同,在收尘极的表面上会呈现出两种截然不同的运动特性。采用调质法、优化除尘器的结构与供电方式可以提高高比电阻粉尘的收尘效率,采用表面改性技术可以有效提升低比电阻粉尘的收尘效率。
Particulate matter specific resistance has a great influence on the electrostatic precipitator. Especially for particulate matter specific resistance which during the region that smaller than 10^4Ω·cm or larger than 10^12Ω·cm, the efficiency of the electrostatic precipitator will reduce sharply. During the period of the electrostatic precipitator collecting dusts, there will be different kinds of moving character showing on the surface of electrode collection due to the physical reason. The measures of change the component of dust and change the framework of electrostatic precipitator or ESP can be useful for collecting particulate matter with higher specific resistance. Having a conducting coating on the electrode collection will also enhance the efficiency of electrostatic precipitator.
